All rates shown do not include the 20% gratuity, and 10% gas sub-charge.
The Client will be responsible for payment of the first hour deposit to confirm the reservation. Service is NOT contractually reserved until Creative Bus receives the deposit and the confirmed agreement. It is further agreed that any balance due to Creative Bus by the Client will be paid in full the same day as the scheduled rental for the event. 50% of the deposit fee is refundable if cancellation is made before 72 hours of the event. Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is less than 48 hours to the event.
VEHICLE MUST BE LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THE BEGINNING OF RENTAL OR CLEANING FEES WILL APPLY.
Client and guests understand and agree to no smoking, drugs or any other illegal substance, and underage consumption of alcohol, horseplay or fighting of any kind is NOT allowed. Client is responsible for his/her guests in every aspect to this agreement. Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle or property by client or party whether by accident, neglect or intent (A minimum of $100.00 fee will be added if damages occur). Client assumes responsibility for any overtime fees and authorizes credit card charges to be made to cover these costs or any others due not collected at the end of the rental period. Our company and the drivers assume no responsibility for any articles left in the vehicle at any time and reserve the right to refuse service.
At the chauffeur's discretion, the customer agrees to be fully liable on the following charges that may occur:
$10 Missing or Broken Glasses
$75 & up Extensive clean up (Spills, etc)
$100 Smoking Fee
$250 Shampooing and Disinfecting (Due to Sickness) *PER INCIDENT
$200 For each burn hole or tear to upholstery
$100 Minimum for each and any act of vandalism
Driver may terminate the charter without refund should he/she deem client or party unruly or violating safe operation of the vehicle.
Our company assumes no responsibility for illegal acts of the client or party during rental. A 30-minute grace period shall be established for a late arrival of your vehicle due to weather, traffic, unknown/unseen mechanical failures or uncontrollable situations. Any time the bus arrives late will be made up, if possible, at the end of your service.
All passengers must be out of the vehicle at the end time specified above.
